Resistivity

Measurement principle

Using DC or AC method to measure the resistivity of the conductor sample and the response of Hall to the magnetic field. The measurement is usually made using a pulse current, that is, a measuring current is applied to the sample while a pulsed magnetic field is generated. This method can not only improve the measurement SNR, but also avoid the temperature change caused by the continuous heating effect of current. 

 

Virtual AC phase locking technique under pulsed high magnetic field

Measurement Conditions

Magnetic field: 0-60T

Sample temperature: 0.5-400K

Measure precision:  ~100μΩ(AC), ~10mΩ (DC)

Measuring range:0.1mΩ~10kΩ

Measurement direction:parallel magnetic field, vertical magnetic field,rotation angle from -5~365°

Sample size:<4.2×4.2mm
