Magnetic torque
Measurement principle

Use a precision cantilever or self-sensing devices, such as PRC120, PRC400, PRC-DF40P atomic force microscope probe or SCL sensortech self-sensing probe study magnetic phase transitions or quantum oscillations. Put the sample on the end of the cantilever, when the magnetic field is generated, sample will be stressed due to magnetic anisotropy and deform the cantilever. The resistance changes when the cantilever is deformed. Small changes in the resistance of the cantilever can be measured using Wheatstone Bridges,and the deformation force can be calculated by measuring the resistance.

Magnetic field: 0-60T

Sample temperature: 0.5-300K
