On April 27th, the WHMFC held the 2024 User Academic Exchange Conference. Thirty-nine user representatives from more than 20 universities and research institutes, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, University of Technology Sydney, and Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the conference. They discussed the scientific research that could be carried out around the engineering goals of the 110T ultra-high magnetic field and the 70T flat-top magnetic field of the Pulsed High Magnetic Field Experimental Facility Optimization and Upgrade Project, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the project construction.
